Appearance: Lily is a small girl of about four foot nine with short blond hair and blue eyes. She is skinny, but well-fed as the heads of 'The Underground' liked to keep their experiments well-enough fed to be useful, but nothing more. Due to the point in time she was pulled in to Econtra she also has an extensive set of scars on her body from where her brother had been in the process of tearing her apart - most notably along her arms, legs, and a fist-sized pair on her stomach and back. For clothes, she likes to wear long loose dresses and generally anything comfortable that doesn't irritate her scars.
Update: Due to the events of this thread, Lily now has a set of scars on the back of her left hand that look obviously like teeth marks and a long one going down her forearm the hinders movement of her left arm.
Update: Due to the events of this thread, all scar tissue is now gone completely gone from her body.
Personality: By default, Lily is a caring and sweet girl, though on the quiet and reserved side. She can and has been known to get into mischief she shouldn't and likes to embarrass her brothers whenever she can with stories from when they were younger. Having known nothing else, she's used to a military-style environment such as Econtra's and will think nothing of being forced into a war. She's been treated no better than a dog for as long as she can remember, why should she choose differently now?
Due to the trauma she just suffered though, she's having terrible flashbacks and is paranoid. Most of all, she is now downright afraid of her brother, him being her only family and protector in the Underground.
Update: After discovering she's going to die, Lily has taken to willfully closing her eyes to and willfully forgetting about her personal situation and possible solutions. Tis has forced her thinking into a state of utter black and white where anyone she deems "good" can never be bad and anyone or anything that is "bad" essentially doesn't exist.
Abilities/Strengths: Lily's one main ability is to regenerate her cells. Unless her brain is damaged, she can heal near-instantly from any injury. Other than that, she has no special skills whatsoever as she had been deemed either a failure or 'too young' for further experimentation and training.
Weapons: None
Weaknesses: Her regenerative ability is painful and often saps energy from her, leaving her weak and often paralyzed depending on the extensiveness of the injuries she's healing from for a long time afterwards. It also leaves behind scar tissue for more extensive injuries instead of healing perfectly like either of her brothers or the other children in the Underground. Furthermore, she just went through the most traumatic experience of her young life and is suffering ghost-pains on the scars she currently has. Due to this, when she's around Heine or someone who reminds her of her brother, she suffers from violent flashbacks of the massacre and has repressed her memories to only those including Heine in some form.
Update: Due to the events of this thread, Lily is now able to fully regenerate without scar tissue being left behind, though it still causes her to be in intense pain while healing. Furthermore, she now has access to a Cerberus of her own which essentially puts her in a (cuff-checked) berserker state. Because she has no experience managing this state (to her knowledge), she is essentially mindless while in this state and will attack anything in her path until she is knocked unconscious or, in rare instances, talked out of it. This state is triggered by her being in intense pain, a state of extreme desperation or emotional stress, or too hard a blow to the head.
History: First off, Lily is being considered alternate due to a lack of definitive information and my personal tendency to world build when there is such a lack of information. The author of the manga leaves a lot open (not to mention the series is still in its infancy compared to most) and since Lily is dead during the canon proper, the only clues we are given to her past are done by her elder brother, Heine's, memories.
What is definitively known is that she and Heine were raised in a place referred to as 'The Underground' where children were put under horrific experimentation to be dogs for . . . whoever was in charge. The children never knew (and it has yet to be revealed in the material) and Lily and Heine were put into the program alongside everyone else. Heine was believed to be the "perfect" specimen and put into the DOGS program itself where he was further experimented on. He eventually developed a second personality referred to as the "Cerberus" where he went into a berserk rage and very few (theoretically Lily being one of them) could pull him out of it.
At one point (in fact, just as she's getting pulled into Econtra), Heine went berserk and began to brutally kill everyone around him. Lily was unable to calm him down and was in the process of being torn apart by the older brother she held dear when she was pulled into Econtra.
